I already have a time machine, but such uses of time travel are illegal
I've already gotten in trouble for hacking the anti-paradox software

I went to a NaNo meet at my local library
I didn't even bring a notebook or laptop or anything, I just walked around the room looking awkward for less than a minute and left
Man I need to plan these things ahead of time
I got a lot of books though (the stupid library still doesn't have Doctor Who srs 3 disc 1, grr)

It also might motivate me if Google Docs could keep up with my typing
I go at like 80wpm and it's going at about 30wpm and it's driving me insane
The only real reasons I haven't resorted to Wordpad is because
1. It would take like half an hour just to highlight the whole story [in order to copy/paste it] because of the program's awesome speed, and if I copy paste it from the published doc page, it will double space it for some reason, which I hate.
2. I like the curling quotation marks lol

Yay! It worked. Except for indents on Wordpad... What's the program you're using? (Does it have automatically “ quotation marks? )

I use gedit, the only program I can seriously write in at all. It doesn't have those quotation marks though. :\
I think OpenOffice does though. Have you tried that?

5000 words for one chapter? Most scratchers make too short chapters but this one might be too long (not that it matters if you have not so many chapters)
