motion sickness AGAIN?!?

the 2nd time I've had motion sickness. My family was dropping a relative off at the airport and I was in the back of the car and were doing a lot of stopping and going... I think I'm gonna throw up...

Re: motion sickness AGAIN?!?

I had a similar problem with plane rides and rocky boats (I get airsick and seasick).

One thing I've learned is that you're less likely to hurl up if you don't eat soft foods before a ride. Things to avoid would be anything that's not very soild (ice cream, soup, milkshakes, for example).

Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease  smile

The solution was to close my eyes.
