Yeah, read it last year. It was pretty good. Gives you a detailed and hopefully accurate viewpoint on how chilren would survive with a giant responsibility. They should make a movie soon!

Well if you wanted honesty, that's all you had to say. I never want to let you down or have you go, it's better off this way.

Simon was my favorite. I have a theory about Lord of the flies.

The Beastie is God. Simon is the Enlightened one who doubts, while Piggy's temporary faith in the Beastie shows how science can bow to illogical whims. The Beastie turns out to be a dead parachutist, so Simon goes back and gets killed by the boys, who think he is the Beastie.

I read like 10 pages when Albertt911 finished reading it.
It was, uh, interesting.

Finish it. I read it in the middle of the night, listen to not afraid for over 4 hours after not eating or drinking for a day. It was awesome.

Re: Lord of the Flies

Lord of the Flies was good, but in the sort of old-fashioned way, like in the same way Mark Twain is good.

Ask me what I'm doing, wait an hour than roll a die, if it's 4-6, I'm playing Skyrim, if it's 1, I'm eating, if it's 2-3 I'm programming.
