I don't use Linux much (not at all, really

I use it often on my Macintosh
It still can't run Paint.NET though... says so on the Website

Yeah, that's because Paint.NET uses Microsoft's .NET framework, which isn't really as simple to make a compatibility layer for.
I don't use Wine for anything, mainly because the only computer I have that runs strictly Linux, my laptop, doesn't need to run any Windows-specific applications for my purposes.
