JSO, apologies for the off-topic but I have two questions:
Firstly, are the sounds on Scratch Resources all royalty free to use? Secondly, did you ever have MySQL problems with the site cos I have blocks.scratchr.org on the same server that I'm working on and there's no end to the MySQL problems

Sure, this is a good idea actually (not sure it's advanced.
You need to sign up but I use these two royalty free sound sites, the first being the better:
www.freesfx.co.uk
http://music-for-video.com
These are some great sound sites. I'll probably be using them later. Unfortunately, they don't have what I need right now.

They're user submitted and these users provide them royalty free - but I have no real idea what the real sources are. But they can be used.
And the mysql is working fine for me :S The hosting is commercial hosting so it should be good. What kind of errors are you getting?

Heard of Wolfram Tones? http://tones.wolfram.com/generate/ It randomly generates original music, and if you come across one that you like, you can use it in a project
I'm working on a game that uses music from there as well
