Graham's Law of Relative Age-Any character that looks between 20 to 35, or else that looks about the same age as Sam Carver, is almost always 25, occasionally 27, and sometimes 30. In that order.

Wait, let me search up Jack Harkness. Oh, yeah, he's on Doctor Who. In that case, Graham's Exception to Graham's Law of Relative Age applies-If time travel is involved, or any other quirky stuff like that, or immortality, screw it.

Re: How old is Jack Harkness

Over 2,000 years old. He was buried under Cardiff it was built. He was in world war two.
He was born in the 51st century. When he was about ten he lost his family. He was in WWII in his 30s(?) and went travelling with the Doctor and was made immortal. Then he went back to the 20th century stayed until the 21st century. He went back to something like 150 ad and was buried with Cardiff built over him. He was dug up by and earlier torchwood in the late 1800s-early 1900s and put in a thing for dead bodies (wasn't dead though). He was taken out in the 21st century. He was doing things for about 2 years before the torchwood series children of earth and the newest series miricle day is set in 2011.
There will have been other unknown times that he's lived for. It is immpossible to work out his exact age but I would say about 2200 year old.

It is confusing.
I only understand it because I watch Torchwood.

WARNING: DO NOT WATCH TORCHWOOD. Far too inappropriate. I will NOT be giving details of any episode. Only basic facts. I don't want to be banned for telling people to watch it or for giving details of it.
