Yes, but it's only visible to mods (cheddargirl said so i think)
close topics, delete posts, and delete topics. they can also re-open and change names of topics

Surprisingly enough, it actually isn't done by the Scratch team. They simply choose the final candidates, but the person who receives the most "points" becomes elected.

1. If you are 13 or older, you can nominate yourself in the next elections. There probably will not be elections for a long time now. Our remaining moderator spot after some changes was filled, and we may not need another moderator for a long time.

Yeah, but the Scratch Team is the one who examines the votes, right?

Yeah, she did. I just wanted to verify that it's true.

I thought moderators could ban on the forums, but only for extreme cases or commercial spammers...?

They have the ability, but leave that kind of serious stuff to the ST
