Why was my topic closed? It's just like one of those "Am I famous?" topics, or "Do you like me?" They're allowed, so why not my one?

Because yours was different, instead of 'Am I Famous', yours was 'How Brilliant Am I?' and the way you worded it attracted trolls...
Also, read demosthenes' post ;3

Why would it attract trolls? And I read demosthenes' post, and it made no sense.

Because if people thought you were being 'boastful', they might want to put you down. :L
And he meant basically that 'brilliant' means a genius or with a lot of talent: you can't judge this over the internet so demosthenes felt that the ratings wold be inaccurate or whatever ,':^S

Does that matter? I'm not sending this to NASA. It doesn't need to be accurate.

But the people who want to put you down might make the topic a flamewar. :L

I won't let them.
But they still can even if you won't let them do it.

If I don't reply to them, what are they going to do? Post the same thing over and over again? That would be spamming, and they might even get banned for it.

It is my belief that those topics also should be closed, and upon seeing them, I will close them. I have sent a report @ScratchTeam to see if I made the correct judgment regarding your thread.
In future, if you have a question/complaint about a moderator actions, just comment on one of my projects or send a report
EDIT: Now I see you in fact, did, drop me a couple reports >.> Sorry I didn't immediately address your concern. I am only occasionally refreshing this page while I work. In future, just know I will eventually get to your reports, so you shouldn't need to make a topic about it.

These kinds of questions are always a little dangerous in a public forum.
If people respond with "Yes you're brilliant!" it's ok. But if they say no they don't think you are, they have to do it very carefully and respectfully. It's a bit of an art, one that few people on the webs have mastered (just look at the comments on YouTube).
By asking the question in this way, it's creating a situation in which it's likely that someone won't be able to answer the question respectfully. They'll then get reported, and possibly get in trouble.
But even though each Scratcher is responsible for how they choose to comment, we don't allow flame-bait topics because we've found that they lead to so much conflict that they aren't worth it. While topics like this one aren't clearly flame-bait, and don't break a specific rule, they're at least flame-kindling.
So rather than say "do you think I'm brilliant [famous, etc.]," it might be better to say things like "What do you think of this [ thing that I made ]?" It's usually easier to give and get feedback when it's directed at the thing one has made, rather than who one is.

But they weren't really saying "Yes/No you are/aren't brilliant." They were simply giving a vote out of ten. You can't really say something offensive (at least not to me) with a number.
