That wouldn't be collecting all the information into one place now, would it?    Would you be alright with myself perhaps taking parts of the tutorial here and adding them then if you don't want to help the page? 

I can't do it, I don't know where to start. All I could do was put see also, can you do the rest? You are welcome to use and copy from my tutorial as much as you want.

You also need to post projects and make comments, or you could ask for a special exception like with YourLocalBlockLib.

Accelerated promotion, even for a worthy cause such as this appears to be, is not something that is granted lightly.   Also, any account that is used by more than one person is a greater security risk - in general we try to discourage people from using them.  Maybe these sort of "encapsulated knowledge" type topics would be a better fit for the wiki where multiple authors can edit the document?

Yes, it is a very important thing and may not be too likely to happen. But the reason is sincere, we want to help beginners learn Scratch/Squeak. fullmoon said he thought lightnin would do it. And the shared account is just fine by me,  only me and pecola1 [maybe scimonster, not sure yet] know the password. We had to make a shared account so pecola1 didn't have to do all the work. In my opinion, the wiki wouldn't work, for many reasons. Since anybody can edit them, it would get all scrambled up and out of control with a topic this big. Also, I don't even think many users visit the wiki too much, i think the forums is the biggest site on here.
And even if it doesn't get past, thanks for considering.

Also, I was gonna make 2 topics, one in All About Scratch and one in Advanced Topics, so it wouldn't just be a Squeak tutorial, it would be a Scratch/Squeak Tutorial.

Yeah, you care so much about the wiki. No, anything NOT in the wiki that is in the AT thread will be added to the wiki. And, since you care so much about it, maybe you can do it.

Joeman592 made the blocks. 
And I know BBCode and wikicode well enough to convert it by sight. 
And if you have images and/or links, I also have tricks for those. Colors too.
