Its Scratch the program. I can't go on Scratch if it Wont EVEN WORK!
I believe the solution for that problem was posted a long time ago. Try reading this first to see if the suggested tips fix your problem before going crazy over fixing Scratch.

I tried clicking grey area>open>Scratch>Shift-Click R>Fill BlahBlah Off>Save image>This error shows up:

Did you exit Scratch and does it still show up?
Sometimes primitive errors are cause when a sprite/image/project is corrupted somehow, or when people try to modify Scratch and Scratch gets corrupted. If the error still shows up when you try to start up Scratch, then try to install a fresh version of Scratch in a separate area from your current version of Scratch and restarting your computer.

This happens everytime, only sometimes not when im saving something.
The primitave error even shows when i didnt even do anything
