I dont think I can read that. I just am learning hebrew. but it says, "evrit" so it has somthing to do with hebrew.

I do. Well, not very fluently. From what I know, he said "Hebrew would be an idea" At the beggining, he says "Foro", and I don't know what that means. At the end he says "Hadar", and again I don't know what that means.
