It's much better & flexible , but I hate it when the moved sprites have to turn back again & the music is still working. I feel this might cause a bug on a continuous sound track. 9/10.

Hi. I am back. The flash player fixed all of the bugs except for 2:
1. If you have a game that you control a character, pressing 3 arrow keys over and over again will make the character go off of the screen temporarily.
2. Human ERROR.
The second one is not really a bug though.

it's not *better* YET. except for recieving input. In the java version, for instance, the When (Key Pressed) block would make a choppy way to do movement. So to make it smoother, most people would simply go in a forever loop and say {if UP arrow Is pressed then change Y by 15} as opposed to the When (up arrow) Key pressed change Y by 15
But in the new flash player it is much smoother at recieving input.

Awesome! when is the new editor coming?

i found the flash player a lot faster than the java one... And this is a very important feature for users located in countries where internet is not as fast as in the US or Europe. I am in Uganda, and this is a big concern...

It's great but you can only use it if you have adobe flash player.

It lets me play games that are REALLY slow with the java player.

Although the flash player is superior to java, and excellent, here are a few glitches that I have noticed, they may have already been solved but I don't think so.
1. It registers the flag click as a mouse click, which can be a problem in games with limited clicks
2. It seems to think that zero is nothing, and not a number or a letter
Other than that it works amazingly!

How do you embed the Flash player as an applet? I got the .swf file on my hard drive.

THIS PROJECT
The pieces don't align to the grid like they do when downloaded. This also happens on the java version.

Love the player! my game was having weird glitches in the java player that wasn't happening in scratch. This player fixed those glitches = )

great - just the full screen mode doesnt work. i have IE9, Flash Player 10.3.xx.xx, Windows 7 32 bit. dont know if the information helps, but i hope it does and hope you can get full screen working properly for all browsers, OS's and Flash Player versions.

UPDATE: I FORGOT TO SAY THAT THE LISTS ARE OUT OF LINE. THE LISTS ACT AS IF THEY ARE ON SMALLEST SIZE. (dont know why caps is on!)

Have y'all thought about making the flash player available to non-members, too? Whenever I try to show projects to my friends, they can't view them because they don't have Java. i.e. Flash is on most computers.

It was great! However, my Machine X 1.2 project was buggy with the lists.

I hope that the Fash player can also downloaded to our computer. Most of scratch programs in our computer run slow.
I really love this Flash player!
