It's a known problem.
You can use Japanese by choosing EUC-JP encoding from display menu of your browser.
Then you can read the following text correctly.
ˤ! ܸǤ
Don't forget to choose EUC-JP when you want to input Japanese text.

This problem doesn't relate the input method.
If you use IE6, please check the following picture and choose Japanese(EUC) for your browser.

It seems Scratch Forum now supports Japanese (UTF-8).
