I would test your java installation first. Go to www.java.com and click on the "Do I have Java?" link and run the test there.

Hi, all.
The problem was that v28 of the player required Java 1.5, but some folks still have Java 1.4. It's now fixed. You may need to quit and restart you browser to get the new version. If you used to be able to view Scratch projects, you should be able to again without updating your Java.
