Okay, I made a good walking script. You can see my example on the knight sprite. I need someone(Preferably a programmer) to copy it exactly according to my directions to the other enemies besides the peasent 1 and 2.
I also need them to add the attacking animations.Actually, I was hoping some one else could finish up the walking scripts. I left detailed instructions on how to do so on the knight sprite with comments. I have a ton of homework right now, and can't get them all.
Maybe ^^

A couple minor suggestions (I know you're in a rush but I think these could add a lot to the game):
1.Add some depth to the enemy field. It seems kind of strange that the enemies all walk straight at the exact same place. I'd like to see them go further down the field. While it might be difficult to find a way for the dragon to aim at different depths, I think you could come up with a very intuitive way without too much hassle.
2.Make the field fade to the mountain. While the mountain scenery looks very nice, it doesn't seem right that the field contrasts it so much. After all, they are both terrain aren't they?

Maybe, if I can

Is anyone going to finish the walking?
Offline
I'm not in the programming team
Meh, I'll see what I can do.
EDIT: Wait a minute... that project wasn't a remix of my version

Dragon Defense update
Be careful to update from mine, not Chris's
Should we submit Dragon Defense to the Collab Challenge gallery now? It'll be the ninth tomorrow... well, for us New Zealanders

Hey hey hey hey hey. We don't have the beach ball and squiggly line - what if Collab Challenge doesn't let us in?
Offline
The beachball is the meteor...remember? IT becomes more apparent as it gets bigger. As for the squiggle, I got it.

Ooh, I see the beach ball
And you forgot to change the project notes... not that it matters
Okay, you can add the squiggle But you better be quick... once you've added it, you should upload the project and comment on the Collab Challenge gallery (asking about submitting the project). Be sure to mention where the three sprites are!
Where have soupoftomato, PlayWithFire and ProgrammingFreak gone?

Hang on, wait - I forgot to do a few things to the emperor. Fixed - if you already started to edit the project, sorry; you'll have to copy the scripts for the emperor over. ^_^

Okay, I wanted to check if the money amounts that the enemies come in by was okay - so I played Dragon Defense a few times
What we currently have:
Peasant - always
Archer - >130
Knight - >250
Wizard - >500
Witch - >500
Dragonslayer - >800
Emperor - >2000
That just isn't liveable... first of all, you get killed after only a few hundred gold. We should raise the health to 1000. And even with that, I only scored 685 gold. I didn't even get to the Dragonslayer... I propose reducing the numbers:
Peasant - always
Archer - >100
Knight - >200
Wizard - >350
Witch - >350
Dragonslayer - >500
Emperor - >750
And even with the reduced numbers (and the 1000 health), I only got 505 gold - just enough for the Dragonslayer.
It's too hard... or am I just lousy?

Reduceing the numbers would make it harder...You have to buy upgrades. Hmmm. Lets make each person worth more, and the health at 1000(10* current.)
Where is the newest version?

Also, remeber that we will have time after the first submission to change it a bit.

I'll do that.

Multiple fireballs would add A LOT to game play. My dragon just can't seem to move fast enough.

Unfortunatly, I can't get that done today...
However, by the final version, I could probably get two done.
