Its not thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat weird. I have 100+ posts and I'm a new scratcher. I think you have to be super active to become a scratcher.

In order to gain the Scratcher status, you have to be active over a period of time. You haven't been signed up on the forums for long enough to be a Scratcher just yet, but keep active, and your account status will soon change

I'm still fairly new to Scratch, as well, and have not learned all of the "Scratching" ways. I love that the forums are open to all.

360 seconds between posts?!
Don't you think that is a little harsh? Has it always been this way? If not, why was that rule added? It used to be 600
Really? Mine just allows a sixty seconds interval to let me post again.

It doesn't look too serious now if you ask me.
I'll give it to you straight, because no one else will.

To answer all questions...
To be a new scratcher, you must be active over a period of time, not posts.
The 360 second rule is to prevent spam from those who do not fully understand the forum.

I understand the fourms because I have been on many others. I saw why we had the 360 second rule before you posted.
