Meeerg.

I hate it when people re-upload their stuff continuously to keep it on the front page to boost views. I really wish re-uploads with no modification to code would just not re-appear on the front page.

Re: Meeerg.

I have not uploaded a project in months because I have not been active

So I will not do that if it makes you happy

No, I mean why don't they just upload it once and be done with it?

He's not talking about just uploading a project, he's talkingabout reuploading it and not changing anything, not even the name, to keep it on the front page. neutral

I didn't know that updating your project put it back on "Newest Projects." Interesting.

I wonder if that's really true. I've been updating my projects before and this has never happened to me.

Maybe the user is deleting the project and then re-uploading it with the same name?  hmm

Probably, since I heard that if you delete a project and upload another with the deleted project's name, the comments are saved.

I did it before by accident, its true. There was this contest entry, I uploaded and named it "My entry" and then, I upload another entry that has the same title and it has the same comments on it.

No, that's just replacing a project. I'm talking about deleting a project and then re-uploading it with the same name.
