You'd have to be more specific. Gravity is a pretty far reaching feature that would take a lot of work to implement. For example, how would the feature know when the object shouldn't fall?
Why not just make gravity yourself? It's really not that hard.

By gravity i mean if you were to make a scrolling or platforming game. And yes, i have made it myself, its just flawed and Im sure other people would be able to make a better version, which could then be in the form of a block so that anyone could use it.

I don't really agree. It just seems too convenient. That would kind of be like the "if on edge, bounce" block. Just too convenient.

Scratch is for making your own games with commands, not telling the administrators to make a game for you.
A "Gravity" block would just make people lazy and stop them from learning how to script, and you need to explain it a bit more. Would it just make sprites move down? What would it detect as the floor? Would it bounce? How strong would it be?
Sorry but I just do not think its a good idea, its like having a "Make a pong game" block.
