There are none. People misused it WAY to much to give it any pros

The ratings resemble how good or bad a feature is. For instance, spamming, 10/10, that means its really bad

Spamming: 5/10: I really don't mind spammers. You don't need to feel like you have to look at their project (unless it has something to do with yours), and it just adds one more comment to your project  . You can always delete it if it bothers you.

Sharing: 8/10: Although I'd prefer a way to add links similar to the forums, I've never had to give a link to a page outside of Scratch, so I think the system works fine.

In my case, the pro of sharing outweighs the con of spamming. I wouldn't like to see this feature go.

Yes i hate spamming but i also hate lets say... having to put 10 !'s in a word because I lkike it

I just realized that what andresmh was talking about has been done! This might mean an end to Spamming!
