A project being "inappropriate" is a sticky subject. However, a good rule of thumb is this: Would one of your parents be worried or offended if they saw what you were posting to the Scratch website? If in doubt, it's better just not to post. There are so many outlets for gratuitous violence and * on the Internet. Also, consider whether the project uses copyrighted material, as this might give the Scratch team grounds to remove it.
However, I have looked through your page and you don't seem like the kind of user whose projects fall under any of these. Try using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page to explain your situation to the Scratch team!

Hi mjd - On this project, the song was considered inappropriate for an all-ages site. It has a incompletely "bleeped" swear word and also discuses adult situations. Remember that you can always use the Contact Us form or email to help@scratch.mit.edu if you want clarification from the Scratch Team on something. Scratch on!

How is fudge a swear? It's better than actually saying the real thing. That's how I try and avoid saying curses by replacing them with better words, in this case, I replaced it with fudge.

It's a great idea to replace swear words! You're on the right track. However, "fudge", while it may refer to chocolate, is a very close representation of the swear word that everyone knows about.
My personal favorite substitutes(They change often):
Fringadooe
Loppola
Hekank
You can be creative about your substitutes! 
EDIT: Coolstuff is right though, it still implies a swear word. But such offset substitutes should do the trick. At least I think.
