You should consider filtering these links:
is.gd (URL Shortening, can be used for spam or hacking)
bit.ly (same as above)
youqtube.com (some idiotic site that wants you to spam on YouTube videos to go on fake YouTube.)

Spammers won't use bit.ly nor tinyurl

simply put, spamming is if you submit various links to other sites when they are irrelevant

I don't even spam...

I thought spamming can be done on social networking and email only.. Hrmm.. I am wondering what can bit.ly link can do.. Anyway, thank you for letting us know a bit of Spam info..
