Well lonwol has told me some things to post.
1. His second account was not to ask to be unbanned. It was to say bye.
2. He ussually gets IP ban. Even the first time he was banned.
3. DaGamez he'll know when he gets unbanned.

Yeah, but he probably won't try going on his banned account if he thinks it's banned... right?

Well, I don't believe in god or anything, so I don't really know if that's very offensive to christians who believe.

well... it's not really offensive... but it's still a bad word...aren't bannings timed?

Hmm -- it seems like a lot of the people who are banned, even temporarily, have a difficult time understanding why we blocked them. It's almost never a "single thing" that gets said that results in the ban. It's more about tone.

Think about it this way. There's mainly 2 kinds of banning we do:
1. Spammers, trolls, etc. People who are new to the community who just want to cause fights or make mean comments just for the fun of it.  We ban these all the time - we have to, or the place would get overrun.

2. Longtime, contributing, community members. We hate blocking you guys, and only do it if we have to. But if we have to, we will.

This past weekend, the tone got out of hand with all the various threads condemning artists and animators (who are, like it or not, also members of the community).  As happens in many different online communities, it's really easy for things in forums to get mean quickly. Sometimes the participants in the flaming threads aren't even aware of what they are doing / saying.  Nonetheless, they are responsible for their words and for their tone.

So the next time things get heated, please check yourself, and see what you can do to help people chill out a bit, or turn the conversation in a more constructive direction. If it stays ugly, just stay out of it, or click the report button.

That's not true! Please criticize the Scratch website or the program all you want. Do not confuse this with attacking other members or posting inappropriate content though...

That statement is itself a very strong criticism. If it is true, why are you still not banned?

i agree. i dont even know lonwol. but i agree. it al depends on where you live. if he is from uk, then its not as bad( but still bad) because they are often brought up to say that.( read the english magazine " the bogies".youll see what i mean.) so.
