When you're stressed, check out these tips! (lol ned's declassified school survival guide)
* Look at the scratch project "The Beach". It has calming wave and seagull noises you can listen to to calm down!
* Don't be all huffy! Breathe in and out slowly!
* Lie down for a minute or take a nap.
* Get a glass of water (or any drink except soda, which would make you bounce around even more.)
* Think of something calming that soothes your stress. Like, if I were stressed because a packadge was supposed to come today and It didn't, I could think the package was on its way!
* Listen to calm music on your iPod or music player!
* If you don't have a music player, make calming noises (It sounds silly, but it works!)
* don't do stuff that stresses you out even more. If you have to, take a little break.

when I'm stressed I take it out on unreal tournament 3 or left 4 dead 2, watching people explode or slicing up zombies
video games are usually good, especially gory ones since you feel like your actually um... hurting someone (as creepy as it sounds)
