Well, some of you know this trick, that can be used to make an hidden sprite that won't appear in the sprite palette:
The-Whiz wrote:
1. Click the new sprite button
2. Move the window and click it again
3. Click cancel
4. There will be a white square in the middle of the screen. That's your sprite.
So I decided to use it to make a virus (for demostrative purposes only) for a Scratch OS using this trick, but when I imported the virus into the OS the hidden sprite appeared in the sprite palette. o_0
So countering this trick (or "trade secret" as The-Whiz said) is ridicolously simple - just import the project into another, preferably an empty one. Yay I just ruined collabs.

Did you use...
my Sangle OS? There's a possibility...
Interesting. I'll use that to unlock some codes...

No. Hint: It's considered one of the best OSes and is currently in version 8.

What's good, making the virus or using this trick to avoid infection?

Using Xenotype? infecting it? I should make another OS just for infection purposes. xD

That'd be interesing. Maybe make it as a way of prove that you need an Anti-virus program.

True. we'll make a contest of virus and put it into various apps. Then, well have a contest of making antivirus apps to be put in xenotype 8 and see which one gets the most viruses. Then xen8 will take even longer to launch.

I don't think you need an anti-virus program because you can see the scripts of every sprite. And when you import a project hidden sprites are shown, and most people just import projects to installl apps.
Also, an anti-virus wouldn't be possible because there's no way to stop or check what another script does.

yay! But I'm wondering, is there a way to turn a sprite invisible AFTER creation?
haha technoguyx

Not that I know of - but you could always peek into the source code and get your sprites invisible that way
