Actualy, i found out how to find the widths, at the very bottom of the stick figue editor, it tells you width of the line selected!

Instead of comparing 2 different animations, remake the laser guy one so that it's "good" like how you want it

Apart from the body. The body had choppy falling, but apart from that it was ok.
