I JUST HATE IT when people say they're great but only below average.

Ok then, let's say..... 10 width? (for 480x360) This means 20 width for 960x720 and 5 width for 240x180 (if you resize)
pivot doesn't have numbers for widths. it has a little button, click it, the width it goes up, click the other one, it goes down.
I know, but I'm saying we make the width of every line 10.
In stykz, every line has different width, but you can set all lines in one figure to a certain width.

Actualy, i found out how to find the widths, at the very bottom of the stick figue editor, it tells you width of the line selected!

Your pivots aren't that much better. How about you guys try to make a mediocre animation collaboration, then learn from your mistakes and make a better one next time instead of spending all your time trying to put together a super team of pivot animators.
I'm not asking for a super team. In fact, what I'm asking for WOULD BE CONSIDERED BELOW MEDIOCRE. (seriously, any pivot animators here that are actually good enough to back me up?) I'm asking for what would be considered beginners. Compare these two:

Learn from your mistakes. Ok, I have one if I follow your plan:
1. the animating is so different, some scenes are so choppy compared to others.

Laser spikes stabbing into someone's head or a guy getting hit with a box?
What do you think!
Instead of comparing 2 different animations, remake the laser guy one so that it's "good" like how you want it
Then we can talk

I'd say the person who made that is good enough, but should edit frames to make less choppy movements.

Every frame has movement, that was my first try at moving every single joint in every frame.

Apart from the body. The body had choppy falling, but apart from that it was ok.
