This is a very small suggestion, but it has (I think) good reasoning.
The (letter (0) of [world]) block is a sort of lie because text isn't just letters.
You can have "tehkajtkeaj", which consists of letters, or "92jkd!@", which has more. Characters would be the proper word, so should it be changed?
I know this is small, but feel free to state your opinion.

You can probably do this to your own version of Scratch by playing around with the language files. All the text on the blocks is configurable so that it can be translated into other languages easily.
