It is'nt realy a block.. But i'd like to see a feture where you can choose the image displayed before your project is uploaded
It gets hard sometimes dragging sprites to set up a scene, but if you could just draw a sprite, export it and then use it as the image displayed for your project it would be easier

I'd have a new catagory called Profile and i'd have:
PROFILE_new profile
PROFILE_save to profile
PROFILE_delete profile
PROFILE_copy profile
PROFILE_clear project of profiles
they're my suggestions:)

Draw_costume x: y: Costume number.
make it so multiple costumes from te same sprite can be drawn at the same time.
draw a line, then imitation 3d would be easier

There is a (costume #) block already.

I think scratch 1.5 should be a 3D game maker, I also think you should be able to customize variables and ask blocks

They're not going to make a 3D Scratch. It would have to be something completely different than what Scratch is, and it would be extremely complicated.

You can upload your games online already.

He means that, if you were to play the same game on multiple computers you would see each other.

I would like version 1.5 to be able to change the apperance of scratch to other previous versions ie. 1.4, 1.3 and so on. The reason for this is I like version 1.4 of scratch but I don't like the Paint editor (the defult colours/colors arn't there( red, orange, green ect.) You must choose the colours/colors manualy and getting the same color/colour each time is hard) or the fact that you can't see how many scripts each sprite has.
I would like version 1.5 to have the option of choosing the look of pervious versions of scratch but stile have the scripts of version 1.5 when the previous version looks are choosen. (like windows XP with it's classic style)

My two most-needed blocks that (sadly) don't exist:
Sensing: <when [whatever] received>
Looks: ([whatever] effect)
And here's an idea that could be fun to play with (but may take up lotsa space):
Customizable loading screens! You could have a check box on the "Share" screen that would apply your preset loading animation to the project you're sharing. The animation would be editable in Scratch. That way, loading times wouldn't be as boring!

Well, better graphics

<Variable# (number) >;
if <Variable#(Variable)> == 4 {etc.}
if <List#(Variable)> == 5 {etc.}
With that block I will be able to continue work on my Statistical and Graphing calculator;
Well I suppose I can still do it; but it will need to include 10 unnecessary broadcasts.
You see, what i am doing is i have them specify what list they want to find the data from, 1 - 10, and have list# (Variable (1-10)) and use that to compare with the second list specified (1-10).
If (touching (color (255,255,0) ) )
If (distance to (X: 0 Y: 0) > z)

I'd like these!
VARIABLES:
[move variable () to x:() y:()]
[show list ()]
[hide list ()]
[move list () to x:() y:()]
OPERATIONS:
(pi)
(phi)
(()^())
3D (If scratch was 3d :P)
THIS SECTION CONTAINS BLOCKS THAT WOULD APPEAR IF SCRATCH WAS 3D!
[Start 3D]
[End 3D]
[Draw cube at x:() y:() z:() size:() color:()]
[Draw rectanglular prism at x:() y:() z:() height:() width:() depth:() color:()]
[Draw model () at x:() y:() z:() scale:()] + 3D MODEL EDITIOR!
[Set camera x:() y:() z:()]
[Camera look toward x:() y:() z:()]
MOVE:
[Bounce]
[Bounce against () ]
[Bounce against color [ ] ]
SENSING:
(collision point x against () (
(collision point y against () )
[ask (), convert to number, and wait]
That's some blocks I want (except for 3d, I added that for fun!(Scratch will NEVER be 3d)).

I suggest that scratch be able to work with vector graphics - but I think that would be a 2.0 feature, rather than a 1.5 feature.
I would also like the ability to create a function that could be called from any sprite. This would let you use the same script on multiple sprites - for example, I want certain sprites to be movable when they are clicked, so I create a script and duplicate it on all those sprites.
E.g. I could broadcast to a function, and the sprite that I broadcast from would move according to the information in the global script. (broadcast MOVESPRITE_FOLLOWMOUSE and the sprite doesn't need the script on the sprite)

I think a 'blow up screen' block would be great! Just an effect, obvioulsy.

Look at these. http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Billybob-Mario/663430 Also setting the size of a stage would be good. (When you save/share the project. Something would appear and say x(number) y(number) You could set the width and height that way. You could also go under file and it would say stage, and you could set the size.
