I thought I had made a topic because of that frozen coco thing, but I can't find it...
Anyways, I'm using Ableton currently. I tried Reason last year but I never got the hang of it. I'm glad it was only the trial!
I'm gonna get a keyboard/midi controller soon, either from Christmas or me buying it myself. I was actually looking at an Akai MPK, but not that model. Something like a MPK mini or a LPK25. I have my fingers crossed for a MicroKorg though. ;3

I have * earphones and so I'm hoping to get a pair of headphones.

You remembered to add the caret in "agogô" but forgot the diaeresis on "güiro."

  since when was there an accent on agogo (oh wait agogô)?

Or guiro/güiro for that matter?

Just gonna say, it's way better having a 49 key than a 25 key. I used to have a 25 key but it was hard to do big ranged chords and progressions.

Just gonna say, it's way better having a 49 key than a 25 key. I used to have a 25 key but it was hard to do big ranged chords and progressions.

I have actually read that recently, so I wasn't looking as much for the MPK mini. The other reason I wasn't too sure with the MPK mini was because I'd probably prefer a keyboard that can hook up with midi instead of just a midi controller.

I saw some 30-something keyed keyboards as well and I thought that was interesting.
Oh and microKorg is one of those.

Not sure what you mean by what I bolded, but the mpk series has the default usb port in the back, but also has a midi in/midi out, if you're into that kind of stuff. But thaat red and black microKorg looks super cool.

It's not actually that bad, just not my style :p

For my music production I use a mic that isn't anywhere near studio quality but that isn't junk. I also use my computer (audacity, ardour) and a pair of headphones.

The closest thing I've done to music production was Garageband and I didn't even use it to it's full potential.

Add a weird maraca thing and a Hohner melodica to my list.
