For it to be a remix they have to change at lest one thing in the actual project and give you credit. The situation that you described is copying a project. Report the copy.

First, before reporting, kindly ask them if they will give credit to you (And maybe even add or change a few things to make it a little bit theirs.). If they do not do so, just report it stating that user copied your project.

ok, another guy (yahya71) has done the same. i asked him to delete the project and then reported it. now i have amessage from admin saying that they appreciate remixing. i agree with that, but this is a copy with nothing added. advice?
