F1 2012 remix question

A guy has remixed my F1 2012. He's just changed the title and states it's his new game, without giving credit. What should I do?

Re: F1 2012 remix question

Report it, saying that they copied your game.

Re: F1 2012 remix question

For it to be a remix they have to change at lest one thing in the actual project and give you credit. The situation that you described is copying a project. Report the copy.

There is a tool to find out how much was changed between remixes. Here: http://stats.scratch.mit.edu/diff/remixcomparator.html

Re: F1 2012 remix question

The ST counts the automatic [based on] thingy as credit, so they probably won't remove it...

The project author of the remix already deleted the project.

Re: F1 2012 remix question

First, before reporting, kindly ask them if they will give credit to you (And maybe even add or change a few things to make it a little bit theirs.). If they do not do so, just report it stating that user copied your project.

And give them a link to your project.

That makes it worse.  Also, don't necropost.

EDIT:  Some Rights Reserved doesn't mean you can blatantly copy.
