timing on certian levels?
maybe add random characters as peole that communicate to ARO? like nyan cat and mario?  big_smile 
maybe levels with invisible portals?

No offense, but I don't think messed up controls is ever a good idea, the controls of a game should always be allied with the player, not an enemy of a player...
Here is a tutorial in which I think I learned that, its the top one on the page called 'what is a good game'
