Ever wanted to see what it looks like if you're banned? Go to scratch.mit.edu/contact/us_banned and it will give you a page.
For those too lazy to click, here's what it looks like:
Anyway, it should redirect you back to the home page or something if you aren't actually banned.

I support because this would be nice and wouldn't take that much time to code.

Don't say that, or the ST might real ban you.
Anyway, does anyone actually support my suggestion, or do people just want to make jokes about being fake banned?

You know, you might be causing problems for the ST, because thats a contact us link. a brony/pony lover newbie might belive they were banned, then fill that out and bug the ST to death with ban appeals for fake bans

Then the ST contacts them back and it was a misunderstanding and then they all have cake and be happy again

This should be common sense. To the pranker, this is a nice joke, but what about the pranked? They'll actually think that they got banned and they'll be very upset, and we don't want to hurt any scratcher's feelings.
Once I think about it, this happens to be just like like my friend's vacation. When my friend was in India, he had visited the Taj Mahal and he had brought his DS along with him. He didn't mean any harm, but everyone else thought that he was going to blow up the Taj Mahal with his DS. The same thing applies here. This joke might seem harmless, but every other scratcher who presses the link will think that they just got banned, just like the people who thought that the Taj Mahal was going to get blown up.

Again.
Not a very good example...

And how is it not a good example? This actually happened in real life, so I see no problems with it.

It's just not the same scale. They click the link, and they see the banned page. However, it doesn't show any reasons, which is a sign it is fake. Also, just click a link and you'll realize it is fake.
