Hide the ban page if the user is not banned
Ever wanted to see what it looks like if you're banned? Go to scratch.mit.edu/contact/us_banned and it will give you a page.
For those too lazy to click, here's what it looks like:
Anyway, it should redirect you back to the home page or something if you aren't actually banned.

Don't say that, or the ST might real ban you.

You know, you might be causing problems for the ST, because thats a contact us link. a brony/pony lover newbie might belive they were banned, then fill that out and bug the ST to death with ban appeals for fake bans

This joke might seem harmless, but every other scratcher who presses the link will think that they just got banned, just like the people who thought that the Taj Mahal was going to get blown up.

It's just not the same scale. They click the link, and they see the banned page. However, it doesn't show any reasons, which is a sign it is fake. Also, just click a link and you'll realize it is fake.
