It was alright but littered with grammatical mistakes.

Re: Percy Jackson

I've read the whole series- Really awesome. I've always been fascinated with Greek mythology and i enjoy Riordan's spin on it. Although i haven't read the 'second' series of books...

Re: Percy Jackson

I've read the whole 'original' series.
They're alright-though not too good if you know myths and not good for a reread

cause a bird and a fish could fall in love/but where would they live?

Re: Percy Jackson

I read the series, and I really liked it for a while, but I realized it wasn't exactly the best choice for a read. I mean, I appreciate its use of Greek mythology, but the series isn't all too compelling in my opinion.

But if you like it, that's fine.  smile

That's probably another thing with me; even though I'm American, I'm more used to British writing and I, in fact, write stories and sometimes even talk in a British manner.  tongue

Re: Percy Jackson

I Love that series! You can tell that Riordan really improved as a writer by the time the last one came out. btw, Have you seen the movie? It sucks.  sad

Re: Percy Jackson

I thought they were okay, my main complaint is that Percy was way too powerful.  Most mythological heroes defeat one or two or three monsters in their lifetime, Percy beats every monsters in Greek mythology within a couple of books.
