but it doesnt work properly
say they wanted to make a stop motion project. how would they do that without having to take a bunch of pictures on a different camera then uploading them to the computer then importing all the costumes

You wouldn't make a stop motion using a web cam anyways

The TV is a Samsung Smart TV and I think its connected to wifi or something so that you can get all the special features. And my OS is Windows Vista.

Do you have a webcam, even? What brand? How is it connected? What is your default webcam set to?

My webcam's built into the computer monitor... And I don't know how to set a default webcam...

Yeah, I seriously have no idea what's going on. Try turning off your wireless receiver/radio.

Maybe because it's using your Wifi, it messes with your camera. Try checking your webcam driver and making sure that the webcam on your computer is the primary webcam.

Do you have to different cameras connected to the wifi and possibly getting signal from the wrong one???
