This is his "habitat".

Sorry for the bad quality, but his habitat contains a tissue-paper-and-cotton-ball bed, and some stuff for him to "play" with.

I actually took a smooth black rock from a planter in the mall today for this, but some nearby lady looked at me in shock, so I felt guilty and threw it back before we left

Pet rocks' diets and day-to-day needs are hard to guess, so I suggest pet rock owners find some resources from professionals like this neat guide.

Also, those considering having, please check yourself: according to multiple professionals "Love, care, and patience" are necessities in order to properly care for your pet rock. If you can't provide those needs, don't buy one.
