日本語の翻訳 (Japanese translation)

日本語の翻訳についての話はここで行いたいと思います。
ここでは主に日本語を用います。
I'd like to discuss about Japanese translation here.
I'll write in Japanese for convenience.

Re: 日本語の翻訳 (Japanese translation)

http://squeakland.jp/abee/tmp/ja100109.zip

展開したファイルを、Scratchをインストールした場所にあるlocaleフォルダ内の同名のファイルと置き換えてお使いください。
公式翻訳サイトのPootleを更新したので、次バージョンにこの修正も含まれると思われますが、しばらくの間はインストール後に手動でこの作業をお願いします。

Re: 日本語の翻訳 (Japanese translation)

これは単に常に同じようので、まあ私は常に言語のすべての種類に変換するGoogleの翻訳を使用しています。私はちょうどそれは、対象の私の一種であるため、この1つのフォームに私の最初の応答を置くんだ!

Re: 日本語の翻訳 (Japanese translation)

If you use Google translator or other machine translation system, please write original text in English too. These translator outputs non-sense words. So Japanese cannot understand them.

There are two issues with using translators:
1) Online translation is not perfect, so the wording will almost never come out right, as abee has mentioned earlier.
2) It seems to be that online etiquette dictates that one should not use online translators to translate something because it is rather rude and annoying towards the people who speak it natively or those who are trying their best to learn and communicate in that language.  (Basically, it is seen as taking no effort to try and understand the other person's language, almost mocking it actually. After all, look at this thread - the point is to find people on Scratch to communicate with the Japanese language; you're not truly doing that when using a translator, so using an online translator can be seen as insulting to those who know Japanese well enough to use this thread).

Oh okay then, that makes sense. I did that once, I won't do it again.
