+1 @ the again I guess you two live in the same timezone.
I have no homework...
...BUT I have exams.
And I have some bad news. Garageband crashed and I lost my progress on the Winter theme. Sorry. I don't really want to remake it, so would you be ok withjust the one on the trailer?

Sorry to spam or get you off track, but would you like to have a Signature for your Collab?

Wait: amcerbu, I'm going to turn what we have now into a game and add the music. Then I'll upload it for you to add slopes and applejack to add graphics. That way we'll have something substantial to show if we can't finish the game by 31st.

Actually, I just read your code and realized it would be better if you operated on it yourself.
Meanwhile I'll make that symphony track again and applejack can perfect those graphics (*hint hint, applejack*).

Here's the revised sprite sheet for applejack:
Sprite Sheet
EDIT: Note: All tiles are 24 x 24 pixels.

Thanks. Crazy filename much? I'm afraid I'm going to have to use only the generic filled square (I'd like to use all of them, but the rendering only currently supports 1 type of filled square). The tiles look good!
One other request: can we have several themed backgrounds? I'm not sure exactly how the story would work, but maybe one for each season mixed in with various musical things. So autumn could have red/brown colors + notes + fermatas, etc. I like the Nitrome-style images you've made so far!

I was feeling creative. D:<
I'll work on the backgrounds now.

@applejack: One other thing: For level editing, there needs to be a uniform-color background, because if part of the tile is transparent, it isn't overwritten when the user needs to change it. And you can't stamp part of a background, so there needs to be a special erase tile that matches the uniform color background, only for editing. You should decide the color, since you're graphics manager.
By the way, I'm not sure whether this is convenient for you, but porting images by .png format instead of .bmp will preserve transparent pixels (which get turned to white in .bmp's). Just thought I should mention that.

I fixed the corner glitchiness in the platforming base. Current version: Platformer V.0.1

Guys, do you think we could take what we have now and turn it into a "full" game with the features we wanted? I can always add the special slopes later, but we have a basic platformer currently that can be built on. Unfortunately, the deadline is in 5 days. I'm sorry I took so long to get this completed.

I really want the slopes, but we really need to add the music and level editor and other things into the base to make it into a full-blown game. Again, I really want the slopes. Could we try to finish the game, and then add the slopes last?

I vote you make it a game now, post it, and applejack and I will add the media.

Fine. I'll expect to finish the expect music by Thursday night, but things may get in the way.
