Why don't you just reword it to say what you really mean - that mods and admins can expect personal attacks and that mental toughness is required?  There is no need to single out a specific form of insult.

That's pretty much the only thing you need to be tough against, all griefers I've come to meet are extremely homophobic, I can't really warn against much else because the rest is a minority.

The issue is that you are singling out a particular form of insult - and it's looking like you are focusing on an individual.  Why not fix it?

Because if I say that someone may be racist then we'll start getting people coming here complaining about that too.

I'm just trying to get the point across that being admin is more than flying around banning people and saving the day, you get insulted a lot. And griefers don't seem to use racial slurs that much, I guess the world isn't as racist as it is homophobic from a minecraft community point of view.

Nethertheless I will change it to something different then sit back as people I've "discriminated" against have problems with it and we'll just end up having unfit admins. I'm trying to do this differently in a good way, as last time Scratchia was running people got admin status because they knew an admin in real life, it caused too many problems.

The whitelist is a list of mc usernames. If you are not on the list you don't get on the server. Whitelist is a text file. It goes with minecraftserver.jar.

We have a spawn building started, it just needs more sandstone, I'm going for more of a urban desert town than the village last time. We already have bukkit and several plugins though.
