No. It is the same like the other with the only difference that it uses the Flash Player.
But why do you need a "ToSWF"? The Flash player is swf!

I GOT IT TO WORK!!  Just go to the scratch wiki and follow the steps for making a .jar file and once you get it to work, click show in finder and get info.  Then, copy the image you wish to have as the icon and paste it up in the top left corner of the "info" window where the cup of coffee icon is.  Viola!  You have a .rar file with it's own icon.

For the Mac version...I have a question. I downloaded BYOB and made a little test project on there but when I hit compile project and saved it. It's saved as "Samurai.ypr" Why isn't it .app?

That happens with me as well, it used to work but now it doesn't. I have no idea, but it seems to be a mac only problem. Try using the Advanced way. It's better anyway 

When I try to use my .jar file for my main class, it says "The file you chose does not contain a main class. Please choose a new file." ?!?!?!

Well, you obviously did something wrong. Try to reread the steps and see if you did everything right.

I opened a sb in Byob and Compiled project in offline mode. It came up with a cmd program and I closed it and it came up with an error. Help? Thanks!

A cmd program? Are you saying the file extension was .cmd?
