I have a GIF that I LOVE but it is too large of a file
is there a way to compress that file into a smaller one???
Is it an animated GIF?
If it isn't then you can convert it to a JPEG and compress it without losing much quality (use a graphics editor).
If it is animated, then I don't know how to compress it.

If it is an animated gif, change it into a png.

Some browsers show APNGs as a still image though.

Cool! do any of you guys have a site for doing this?
You can just open it in an image editing program and save it as a jpg/png. However, if you are converting it into a png, you might want to do it in a program other than MS Paint.

MS Paint doesn't support animations.
