Icon Changing

Has anyone ever changed icons for their applications?

It's really fun, and I have a BLU Heavy from the Mac trailer for Audacity.

I changed some weird PC game's shortcut to look like Google Chrome to confuse my sister

Don't worry you can do it easily in windows.

Right-click on the icon whose picture you wish to change.
Select "Properties" from the pop-up menu.
Switch to the "Shortcut" tab.
Click on the "Change Icon" button.
Click on the "Browse" button and browse to the location where the desired icon is located.
Select the icon.
Click "Open" (or "Ok").
Click "Ok".
Click "Ok".

Theres also a developer tool for Mac that letztes u make icons, but it's not installed on all macs
