Are there any free Alternitives to Adobe Dreamweaver? I haven't really used Adobe Dreamweaver, but I've heard it's great, and user friendly, and I've seen it been used. It's also Adobe, and I think that most Adobe programs are great. I also know what the program does (Obviously) so I'd LOVE to give something like it a go. Also, if you know of a legal way to get Adobe Dreamweaver for free, I'd love to know that as well.

I changed it so it doesn’t look like “dump”
I would suggest you edit it also.

HTML JS PHP CSS ASPX editor, yes
I love dreamweaver, I use it all the time! It is indeed really useful and user-friendly (well, developer-friendly).
There's a way to get it free, but I can't promise it's legal... besides I don't know it. My friend got it that way, I actually paid for it
However, dreamweaver isn't the only one out there. Google WYSIWYG editors for the HTML, and there's Notepad++ for the PHP.

I am really not a fan of WYSIWYG editors. I use a combination of Notepad on Windows and Unitron on Mac.

I like split screen view of HTML and layout. That way I can check if it looks right, as well as coding the HTML myself. Dreamweaver is perfect for that

Are there any programs that you don't know of? Is there ANYTHING that you don't know of? You should make a website where you answer questions about anything. Call it, veggiesq&a, or something like that.
