I did however have to restart my computer, but I started the icecast server again. Do I have to do something after I restart the server?

Ok, well I don't know what we're going to do about my server not working, because my IP didn't change or anything, and I'm still stuck on stream point. I feel like such a noob.

Have you tried viewing it from your external IP?

Oh wait have you checked to see the computer's internal IP didn't change because of the restart?

ipconfig on the Icecast computer.

Is there another name for internal IP, or am I just looking in the wrong place. There's nothing that says internal IP in ipconfig.

No I mean is the IP it lists for whatever internet connection you use different than your external IP?

I am very very very very very lost, and confused. How would I find that out?

Is the IP it lists on either of those for the IPv4 address the same as the address on whatismyip.org.

No. The first one starts with 192.168, so I know it can't be that one, and the second one is different. Do you want me to hamachi, or email you the second one? (You do need that one, right?)

Alright. I better start getting to bed as well. It's about 12:30 here. Sorry about how hard I'm being. I wish I could do better. I'm going to try to do some research.
