I have two ideas to do with the timer, both would go in the sensor category of blocks. The first is that each sprite should have a separate timer, instead of one timer for all the sprites. This way, you would be able to have more than one timer going at a time. This would add to the block '() of ()'; there would be 'timer of sprite' as well. The second idea is for a 'pause timer' block. This would come in handy if your game had the ability to be paused.

I really like the idea of a separate timer for each sprite! That would be very handy. I can see where a pause timer block could be useful as well. Good thoughts

Also, who agrees there should be a show/hide timer block?

Also, sorry for any spelling mistakes, I'm on my iPod!

Yeah but that sometimes does the wrong words, like where it says 'rung' instead of 'going'.

Thanks to everyone who's supported so far! I'm not able to put up a list of supporters, as I can't edit my posts, but I'll make sure I remember to do that when I become a Scratcher.

That would be very useful.

If needed, all of this could be done by making a variable.
Yeah, I know you could infinitely set the variable to the timer so that you could show and hide it, but you still wouldn't be able pause it.

Actually, you can. I'll give you a project in a few minutes.
EDIT: Nvm, it has a delay when restarting.

And a set timer to () too!
Hm... A timer isn't really a variable though, so I'm not sure about that block. Just my opinion though
