I first discovered Scratch from a friend, who also loved to program. I think Scratch is a great starting programming language. Anyone can figure it out, and it has with plenty of room for creativity.

I've recently been experimenting with a mathematical way of generating smoothed random terrain maps. I've created several projects using an algorithm called Perlin Noise to generate these maps.
