Who Am I, Will you ever Know?

Another shall rise
In the paths of many others
I rhymer I be
my hints help and smother

My riddles, they're telling,
but very hard to follow
I'll have tricky clues

In secrecy I wallow.

My clues will be mixed,
Some right and some wrong
The answer is fixed
But which one is it?

My anonymity
is an interesting matter
but who could I be?
Does it even matter?
