Mr Blobby is a character who originally featured on BBC One in 1992. Mr Blobby communicates only by saying the word "blobby" in an electronically altered voice.

Mr Blobby's 1993 Christmas release "Mr Blobby", which topped the UK Singles Chart for three weeks, is regarded by many as the worst single, and indeed, song, of all time.
