Language Issues?
Lately I've noticed a problem with the front page: every new project title is written in some foreign language, which I have deciphered to be Chinese. Can someone tell me why this is happening, and if it's either a problem with the site or my computer?

Many schools outside the USA teach Scratch as well; therefore, many students who speak a language other than English upload projects to the site.

There are some schools who use the Scratch site and students upload their assignments usually at the same time. You are probably seeing a massive upload of projects from a Chinese school.
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease
